Joining the Chorus
The chorus rehearses Monday evenings from 7:00 pm to 9:15 pm in the music room of Hillsdale Middle School, Rancho San Diego. Membership is open currently to all voices. Auditions are not required, but previous choral singing experience is helpful. Interested candidates should call the music director, Anthony V. Mostardo, 619/670-3588, for a voice placement interview. Two major performances are featured each year, in May and in December. Performances include instrumental ensembles and feature vocal soloists from the greater San Diego area as well as selected members from the chorus. Chorus performances also include several outreach concerts.
Rehearsals for the Winter 2011 performance started on Monday, September 12, 2011. You may join us as late as Monday, October 3. Otherwise we suggest you plan on joining the chorus in January 2012.
